 Workshop Sequence

​

🌺 Set intention to committ to practices of self care and mutual aid.

🌺 Kundalini Kriya for stabilising the nervous system. This is a yoga set that combines breath, sound and movement to get pranic energy flowing, tone the vagus nerve and develop self awareness. 

​

🌺 Sound Meditation Journey using crystal singing bowls, wind gong, medicine drum, vocals and other instruments to rebalance the systems of the body and take you into a deep state of relaxation.

🌺Healing mantra meditation. ​​Use the power of your own voice to heal the body, raise your vibration, commune with others and create space in the mind for new ideas and erase old patterns.

It's Chinese New Year on February 17th. We are moving into the year of the Fire Horse which takes place on a solar eclipse. The residual energy of this will still be present when we embark on this journey for Embracing the Fire Horse. 

In the coming year we are going to see the chaos increasing and systems begin to break down. It is wise for us to ensure that we are grounded and have a stable nervous system. We should minimise the amount of news we expose ourselves to and engage with the physical communities around us. 

In this workshop we will work on the nervous system, care for ourselves with breath movement and deep relaxation and then commune as we chant a powerful mantra together.

 

All are welcome to this space.   Male, female and non-binary humans are invited to step into forever time to balance the feminine and masculine. 

Kundalini Yoga balances the nervous system and    expands our awareness ensuring we become   less reactive and   more proactive.
