​ Mindfulness Program for Children.
During Covid lockdown, I began to create mindfulness videos for students and this was the birth of the Sunshine Toolbox content. Upon return to school, I saw the numbers of children with anxiety increase and decided to write a program. My vision was to support teachers and families to lead mindfulness sessions themselves. The program empowers children and adults with tools for developing self awareness, building confidence and self regulation. The program includes video links to demonstrations of the exercises and also some demonstration lessons for those who are not so confident to lead.
I am passionate about sharing this program and getting these tools to as many humans as possible. Thus, it is available for purchase for just $6. Once you make the purchase, the program will be emailed to you as a downloadable link.
I travel and am open to visiting schools. events and homes to facilitate and/or train others on how to integrate mindfulness into the classroom or home routines.
