Weekly Classes

We begin each class by setting an intention, breathing to believe and tuning in with the Ari Mantra. This is followed by a kriya designed to enhance the intention.

Seal the deal with some relaxation in savasana then complete the practice with an uplifting chanting meditation.

The times have been chosen to accommodate people's busy lives. This is not the kind of class that you are likely to work up a sweat so it can easily be done before work without the need for a shower. The afternoon slot suits those who want to practice after work before dinner.

Accessibility

These classes are suitable for all abilities as all exercises can be modified and visualised. Exercises can also be done from a chair. Participants vary in age from 11 to 80 (so far). This is a safe inclusive space and all genders are welcome.

Please be aware that the space can only be accessed by a set of stairs.

 

Classes are financially accessible. There is a recommended donation but pay what you can; choose the amount to suit your circumstances. No judgement; we are all human, doing the best we can, and income should not be a barrier to your well-being. Some people pay nothing and others pay extra. You can pay through the website but it's preferred (to avoid bank fees) you pay cash on the day or do a direct transfer using Pay ID putting your name as a reference. Use the phone number 0487174469 as the ID for paying.

A percentage of all money collected goes towards the community space.
